Curbside Giving is a non-profit. We pick up your unwanted items for free. We give them to local non-profits that help people in our city.
How it works
1. Book
Fill in the form below. Tell us what you have and where you live.
2. We confirm
We reply by email within 2 business days. We agree on a pickup time.
3. Leave it at the curb
Put your items outside, or at a spot we agree on. We load them.
4. We donate
We deliver your items to a partner non-profit.
What we take
- Clothes and shoes in good condition
- Furniture in good condition
- Small household items and kitchenware
- Books, toys, and games
- Working small electronics
- Sports and outdoor gear
What we cannot take
- Broken or damaged items
- Mattresses and used pillows
- Car seats and cribs
- Food and open personal care items
- Hazardous waste, paint, and chemicals
- Large appliances (ask us first)

We serve Greater Vancouver. This includes Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, and nearby cities. If you live outside this area, write to us. We may still help.

We give every item to a non-profit. These are examples of non-profits that take donations like yours.

Sells donated goods in its thrift stores to fund community programs.

About us
Curbside Giving is a small non-profit run by friends in Greater Vancouver. Many people have good things they do not need. Many non-profits need those things. Getting items from one to the other is hard without a car or time.
We fix that. We pick up. We deliver. You do not need to leave home.
